It's time to invest in change for better
The EdenTree Green Impact Equity Fund aims to provide capital growth over five years or more with an income.
The Fund invests in companies whose products and services support a reduction in the level of greenhouse gas emissions by offering solutions that address aspects of climate change.
The Fund seeks to build a portfolio of holdings that are directly reducing dependence on fossil fuels and helping to bring about the transition to a net zero global economy.
The value of an investment and the income from it can fall as well as rise as a result of market and currency fluctuations, you may not get back the amount you originally invested. Selecting stocks due to our ethical criteria means that the choice of stocks is limited to a subset of the stock market and this could lead to greater volatility.
The green revolution
The EdenTree Green Impact Equity Fund was launched in 2022 and is managed by Chief Investment Officer Charlie Thomas and Fund Manager Thomas Fitzgerald. It holds approximately 40-60 stocks across six themes: clean energy, energy efficiency, circular economy, water, sustainable transportation and natural capital.

Charlie Thomas
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Charlie joined EdenTree in June 2021 as Chief Investment Officer and has responsibility for the Sustainable Investment Team. He also co-manages the EdenTree Green Impact Equity Fund. He has more than two decades of investment mangement experience and was previously Head of Strategy, Environment and Sustainability at Jupiter Asset Management, where he also managed the Jupiter Ecology Fund for nearly two decades. Charlie holds a masters in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
Thomas Fitzgerald
Fund Manager
Tom joined EdenTree in 2011 and co-manages the EdenTree Green Impact Equity Fund. He has also been co-manager of the EdenTree Sustainable Global Equity Fund since 2018. He joined the Investment Team as a research analyst, where his primary responsibilities centred on global equity analysis, focusing in particular on the global technology sector. Tom graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Business Management from Oxford Brookes University and holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
